how long does fulfillment take?

We operate on a weekly ordering schedule to bring you competitive pricing on Japanese Pokémon TCG products.
Here's how it works:
Monday–Sunday: Products are available for open ordering throughout the week.
The following Monday: We submit that week's orders to our supplier.
The following weekend: Orders typically ship out to customers once the products arrive and are processed.
For example, if you place an order on Wednesday, your order will be submitted to our supplier the following Monday, with shipping typically taking place over the next weekend.
Please keep in mind that international shipping, customs, and supplier delays can occasionally affect these timelines.
Are your products authentic?

Yes! All products are authentic and shrink wrapped, directly from Japan. We have built a network of Japanese suppliers who we trust in order to bring you the highest quality products at affordable prices.
Are your booster boxes sealed?

Yes! Our booster boxes are sold factory-sealed unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
While we take care when sourcing and handling products, minor imperfections in outer packaging can occasionally occur during transit.
Our weekly ordering system allows us to offer a wide selection of Japanese Pokémon booster boxes without the higher overhead of stocking every product domestically.
By consolidating supplier orders each week, we can keep our pricing competitive while maintaining a consistent fulfillment schedule.
Why does my order take longer than a typical online purchase?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because we submit orders to our supplier on a weekly basis, changes may not be possible once your order has been submitted for fulfillment. In the event of a change or cancellation after the order has been submitted, we reserve the right to charge an additional 15% fee for administrative expenses related to the change.
